Berlin is a fascinating place - it's at the crossroads of cultural avant-garde, a vibrating nightlife and an exceptional quality of life with many green parks, lakes and rivers. But Berlin offers yet another, decisive advantage: contrary to other cities, Berlin still has enough space left in the downtown area to grow. This is a result of the historic location of the Berlin Wall. The areas lining the Spree river are considered to be among the top sites. LEVELS will be built on one of the most valuable properties, also one of the closest to the district of Berlin-Mitte. LEVELS will be a part of Mediaspree, the extensive architectural plan for the sustained re-development and future vitalization of the river Spree areas. And thanks to the easily accessible new international airport Berlin Brandenburg, the attraction of this area will continue to increase.

Thanks to its waterfront location, LEVELS is a relaxed oasis of tranquility, but surrounded by some of Berlin’s most thrilling hot spots. Places such as the legendary techno club Berghain, an almost mythical parallel universe, can be found near-by. The neighborhood also attracts quite a few international companies from the media, music and fashion industries. The wide, open spaces of green Volkspark Friedrichshain and the streets of Kreuzberg both can be reached by bicycle. In the near future, you also will be able to just walk or bike to Kreuzberg across the Brommy bridge scheduled to be rebuilt spanning the Spree river. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts and high-gloss, white façade elements refl ect the sunlight from the river. Pronounced ledges and setos are softening the building’s austere design, adding lightness to it. The 15-floor building is firmly resting on a stepped base, which creates a direct link to the wide, open waterfront. Here, the lush green vegetation seems to continue upwards on the building’s façade – a visible testimony to the sustainable, eco-friendly LEVELS concept.

The big picture and the smallest detail: Why do we never stop trying to improve something good? Well, at LEVELS, a dynamic team of visionary project developers, architects and designers are working together, using other international landmark projects as their benchmark. LEVELS follows a very special philosophy of living. It's an idea that conceives space as the freedom to evolve. It is a living concept going beyond the limits of any given space, always striving for that perfect harmony between living and life. And certainly it's a concept aiming at fulfilling even the highest aspirations.

New dimensions

LEVELS will feature breathtaking panorama views and a maximum flexibility in creating unique apartments

2nd to 6th floor
Each floor is divided into five units each, measuring 58 to 122 m²
(624 to 1,313 sq. ft.).

 

7th to 12th floor
These floors will offer three spacious apartment units ranging from 101 to 194 m²
(1,087 to 2,088 sq. ft.).

A personal touch

At LEVELS, all apartments offer a maximum flexibility in creating floor plans. On each floor, units can be combined individually, thus creating airy, spacious lofts. An individually designed apartment layout can be easily realized in close cooperation with the LEVELS interior designers. Each apartment showcases a distinctive, unique style. All units, however, share one feature – an impressive ceiling height of at least 3.30 meters (10.8 feet). In the top three floors, the ceilings reach a full 4.10 meters (13.4 feet).

 

SMALL

These are compact units offering 58 to 64 m² (624 to 689 sq. ft.). The sample unit seen here illustrates one of many possibilities, showcasing one way to accentuate the majestic panorama view across the six-meter wide glass front. 

MEDIUM

Medium Cubes are apartments ranging from 87 to 122 m² (936 to 1,313 sq. ft.). The apartment shown here is located on the 6th floor. This spacious three-room corner unit also features a balcony measuring 11.4 m² (123 sq. ft.).

LARGE

The most spacious LEVELS apartments offer 101 to 194 m² (1,087 to 2,088 sq. ft.) and will only be offered above the 7th floor. The apartment unit shown here (No. 18), for example, inspires with its master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom across the hall.

After the completion of the building shell, four design options for bathrooms are available. You canselect styles based on your personal preferences regarding functionality, design and ambiance.Preferably, all materials used will be natural ones from the region.
